White House Appoints “Ebola Czar”

President Barack Obama has named Ron Klain to lead the nation’s efforts to respond to any threat of Ebola in the United States. According to CNN, while Klain does not have health care experience in his background, he is highly respected within Washington and has been praised for his managerial expertise.

The “Ebola Czar” will report to Homeland Security Advisor Lisa Monaco and Susan Rice, National Security Advisor. Read five things you should know about Klain from ABC News.
